I am seeking a PRINCIPAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT / EIA Coordinator to join my client, an international firm of multi disciplinary consulting engineers in Dublin.
You will join their Environment and Planning team.
You will become involved in a wide range of development projects for highways, airports, power plants, power transmission lines, data centres and more.
You will provide environmental inputs across project lifecycles from early strategy development, through feasibility, optioneering / option selection, outline design and detailed design and construction and scheme operation / maintenance.
Client are high profile working on large known projects.
Our client is a successful firm of consulting engineers and property specialists working on projects across a number of different sectors.
They are a large firm with offices worldwide.
You will need to have a Degree in Environmental Engineering or another similar science subject.
Ideally you will have a post graduate qualification too.
You ideally will have achieve Chartered status e.g. CEnv.
You will have a track record of deliverying large EIAs as well as some experience of business development.
You will be a team player with excellent communication and client facing skills.
Exprience of managing and coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs to a wide range of development projects.
Be able to manage and coordinate preparation of EIA screening and scoping activities, Environmental Statements including the technical review of specialist chapters.
Experience of liaising with clients and internal supply teams.
The ability to work closely wth other member of the team.
Be able to monitor and manage budgets.
Assist with business development activities and manage the preparation of technical proposals.
A full and clean UK / EEC driving licence is required.
Salary is highly negotiable plus car allowance, pension and many other benefits.
